I bought this chin up bar for my P90x workouts. The product is great and does what it's supposed to. Assembly was basic and easy. One tip: Put all the screws in to connect all the bars but do not tighten right away. Align the bars first and then tighten one by one so that they are all properly aligned. Also, use a towel to pad the grips that touch the doorframe. Features: - Heavy Duty (can accommodate my 200lb frame easily) - Very functional narrow and wide grips (has multiple grips) - Great for pushups actually - Identical to P90x chin up bar - Does everything what P90X workouts require I highly recommend buying this bar for all P90x users. It fits my wide doorframe and it really works.
