I brushed them off as fluff. I've always loved going to the health club and working with free weights or weight machines. I have had the original Total Gym for about 10 years. We decided to leave our original gym in our Pennsylvania home instead of transporting it to Key West for the winter. I contacted the manufacturer Fitness Quest who makes the Total Gym Core, and was told that there are two different models of the "Core" one of them is lower body and the other is upper body version. The Total Gym Core upper body version comes with the crunch attachment whereas the lower body has the standard squat stand. The picture shown on Amazon is for the lower body version, but the description used is for the upper body version. |
